Our Products

Your Oil Painting provides custom hand-painted oil paintings based on customer-uploaded photos and order instructions. Each artwork is made specifically for the customer and is not a ready-made product.

Custom Orders

When placing a custom order, you are responsible for providing clear photos, accurate order information, and any special instructions before production begins. The final painting is an artistic interpretation of your photo and may include natural variations in color, brushstrokes, texture, composition, and small details.

Uploaded Photos and Content

By uploading a photo or providing content to us, you confirm that you have the right to use that photo or content for the purpose of creating a custom painting. You agree not to upload content that infringes the rights of others, violates applicable laws, or contains unlawful, harmful, or abusive material.

Order Review

After an order is placed, we may review the uploaded photo and order details before production begins. If the photo is unsuitable or if additional information is needed, we may contact you by email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if we are unable to create the artwork or if the order violates these terms.

Prices and Payment

Prices are shown on the product page and may vary based on size, options, and other order details. Payment is required at checkout. Payment information is processed securely by third-party payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or other available payment processors. We do not store or have access to your full credit card details.

Production and Shipping

Most custom oil paintings take approximately 2–4 weeks to complete, including painting, drying, quality checking, and preparation for shipping. Shipping times may vary by destination and carrier. For more details, please review our Shipping Policy.

Preview Before Shipping

Before shipping, we may send a preview photo of the finished artwork for confirmation. If you have a concern related to the original order instructions, please contact us before the artwork is shipped. Once the artwork has been shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Because each painting is custom-made, cancellations, returns, and refunds are limited. Orders may usually be cancelled only before painting has started. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@youroilpainting.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the package and artwork so we can review the issue.

Artwork Use Permission

During checkout, you may choose whether we may use the finished artwork as a sample on our website, social media, or advertising materials. We will not share your original photo, personal information, or order details without your permission.

Intellectual Property

Website content, product images, text, design elements, and branding are owned by or licensed to Your Oil Painting and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission. Customers retain rights to their original uploaded photos, subject to the permissions granted for creating the custom artwork.

Website Accuracy

We try to keep product information, pricing, policies, and website content accurate and up to date. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing or information where permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Your Oil Painting is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, delays in shipping, customer-provided incorrect information, or subjective dissatisfaction with reasonable handmade artistic differences.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
