Your painting is created by hand using oil paint on canvas. Our artists build the artwork layer by layer, adding visible brushstrokes and thick impasto texture to create depth, movement, and a true handmade finish.
Preview Before Shipping
Before your painting is shipped, we will send you a preview photo of the finished artwork for confirmation. Minor artistic differences are natural because each piece is hand-painted, but we always check the overall composition, color, and key details before shipping.
Production Timeline
Most custom oil paintings take about 2–4 weeks to complete, including painting, drying, and shipping preparation. The exact timeline may vary depending on artwork complexity, size, and drying conditions.
Rolled Canvas Shipping
Your artwork will be shipped as rolled canvas in a protective hard tube. This is a safe and common method for international art shipping. You can frame or stretch the painting locally after receiving it. Tracking information will be provided once the order is shipped.
Custom Order Policy
Because each painting is custom-made from your photo, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or minor artistic variations. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and painting, and we will help resolve the issue.
